Template Sharing

When creating grid templates, it would be nice to have the ability to share the created templates with other members of the team so they wouldn't have to create them all individually. The only current way to do something similar is to make a template the default which isn't something we want to do regularly. If one person could make new templates and then share them with others, it would make viewing and sorting the grids more efficient for everyone.
