I would prefer to see this grid sorted from most recent to oldest, as the majority of the time we are adding an existing document to an action that is usually been received recently.

This causes you to have to "click" twice on the created date sort to get in the right order.  No ability to save the grid for our liking like other grids.  Just a time saver and do it enough find it a bit annoying.
