I would love to have the ability to skip recurring actions. For example, if I have a recurring action that's supposed to pop up every month on the 5th, but I happen to get it done ahead of time (either because I had extra time, the client happened to come by, etc.) it would be nice to just tell the system to "skip" the recurring action with a note about why it's being skipped, rather than having to wait for it to pop up on the 5th, remember that I already did it, remember to add whatever relevant notes and close the action.
To clarify, I'm specifically referring to the recurring actions that are calendar based and can't be moved to the Service Monitor.
