Service Monitor - Terminated Clients

What's the best practice for the service monitor when a client leaves the firm? Currently we change the service level to a blank "None" service level that we created, but then we lose the ability to see historical data about what service level that client was in before they terminated. Does Junxure or any other user have a best practice suggestion for how to handle this? Currently we don't leave the service level on the record because we don't want any actions to pop up after the client leaves the firm.
