Service Monitor Box shouldn't uncheck itself
It appears as though the Service Monitor check-boxes within an Action do NOT stay checked. If I check on of the Service Monitor boxes, it initially puts a check-mark in the box. However, if I (or any of my co-workers) open that Action again, the box is no longer checked. This leads to much confusion as to when our Service Monitor tasks have actually been completed. Worse yet, I believe if someone tries to recheck the box (since it appears to have not been checked), then it actually unchecks the box behind the scenes, which then further messes-up the automated creation of Actions per the Service Monitor schedule.
