Background - I handle scheduling for all 1,000 + clients in our office. That said, I send out hundreds of emails weekely.  In desktop, when sending an email from the ACTION (not just the client record - but from an actual record), you could see who was supposed to be copied on all emails. You can't do that now. And some of our clients do not hesitate to "call me out" when I don't. 

The only way to see if there's an "add'l email" now, is to close out of the Action, go the the email addresses, see what's supposed to be additional (and try to remember them), then go back into the action, open it and click the envelope to open an email. Have you any idea how many times a day I have to do this??? 

It's an extremely important feature that I'm suprised was left off. Please add this functionality.
