Sending Emails from within Actions - Functionality Change Issues & Suggestion

With the recent release of 6.6.0, the functionality for sending emails from within Actions has gotten worse, not better. I understand users were requesting a way to access Email Templates, which is now available. However, for those of us who use Email Templates infrequently if at all, this change has added multiple steps to what was once a one-click process. Now, we have to select "No Tempate," then go into the Outlook Add-In, and send the email using "Merge and Send" from within the Add-In. This is the only way for contact email addresses and the Action ID to be appended to the email.

SUGGESTION: If a user selects "No Template," revert back to the prior functionality whereby Outlook Online would open up, with contact email addresses and the Action ID populated already. If a user selects a Template, then the Outlook Add-In would be used as it is now.
Alternate suggestion: Allow the accessibility of Email Templates when sending emails from within an Action to be an optional setting, either at the User or the Firm level. With this setting disabled, the prior functionality would be the user experience.

Thank you.
