search the body of emails in a client record
Junxure desktop had functionality that allowed you to search all emails in a client record for specific terms. It was an incredibly useful feature. Unfortunately, that search functionality has been significantly curtailed in AdvisorEngine. Through Microsoft 365, it seems you can search emails that you sent to a client but it won't search emails that someone else at the firm sent to the client. This is problematic in that if someone leaves the firm, you have no way of searching their email correspondence with the client. For example, did they have an email exchange about insurance previously? If the client is covered by a team at your firm, you also have no way to search the full teams' emails with the client. You would have to have each team member separately search their emails in AdvisorEngine.
