Saving Templates

When you go into a Template and add a column to it, and you want to Save this new template, it brings up the first named Template to save it to instead of the one you chose and are working in. It is too easy to over write that first template. Very frustrating. It should automatically bring up the name of the template you are working in. Thanks.
