We are running RMD reports utilizing a combination of Advance Search and Grid Filters.  I currently have to run two separate reports for RMD's.  One Report for Person 1 and another report for Person 2.   

This is because the advanced search options do not provide the same options available on the Assets Grid. 

We would need the 'Equal to or greater' option available within the Advanced Search to provide accurate RMD reporting because the new rule states anyone born on or after July 1, 1949.  If I utilized the advanced search as is, all clients who's birthday falls on July 1, 1949 would be missed.  While that may not be many, we don't want to miss anyone. 

When I sent this request to the helpdesk they indicated it was difficult to provide this option within the advanced search tool because of the if/and statements.   I completely understand but recommend perhaps Junxure build a canned report for users to quickly identify clients that will need to take an RMD.  

Example:  Show all records with an IRA where Person 1  or Person 2 birthday is on or after July 1, 1949
