Revenue report by Contact

Please update the Revenue report to include revenue totals (with in the time frame) by contact record instead of listing each transaction for each record.
In desktop there were revenue report fields that were totals of fees at the record level for the last 90 days, and last year.  Please add this functionality into Cloud.

Please also adjust the excel workbook saveable version to be more of a .csv version with less extra blank rows/formatting, thus making it easier to use the data for further reporting instead of printing. 

Also, expand the capability within the Revenue report to select more than 200 contact records.  We want to do all our clients in one report.
