I was informed by Technical Support that your Forgot Password Email Validation System Expires links after clicking on the Link the first time and specifically that some email protection systems happen to interfere with your Reset links after they scan the Links (Barracuda being one of them). I tried to reset my password several times with no luck so had to call and get your Technical Support to reset it for me. It would be nice if the Reset Password link would work.
