The app now used for emailing, lacks even the basic functionality of highlight and delete, such as when the subject line of the Action auto populates the subject field in the email.  I realize that is somewhat logical, but when we are working off a sequence, that requires 90 day reminders to ask clients to give us what we are still missing, it'd save time if we could delete 90 Day Follow-up (which cause the clients guilt and anxiety, I'm told) and instead highlight and delete that, or simply be able to type in-  Did you sign your legal papers?  We still cannot get any email addresses to auto populate in the TO field, even if they are in our contacts list or another member of our firm.  I had seen that that was implemented, but its not working on our end.  Nothing auto populates in the TO field if you type in a few letters, as it does in Outlook.  I read thru other ideas/requests on this topic, from recent to years ago, and most have the tag "Analyzing" and you did warn its not a simple ask.  But after a year+ of analysis, maybe you have a better idea of the time frame we are looking at, to bring the doc/email part of the program more in line with current tech?  Thanks very much for your time to consider my comments!
