Remove Emails from Documents
Please remove emails from the documents tab or allow us to turn it off the capturing in documents. We just transitioned to cloud and now see a mass amount of emails. I have filtered the emails out of the users view so that's not an issue.
My MAJOR concern is that our documents tab takes 40 seconds to load and that's unacceptable. Is the addition of emails to that table slowing the load time down.
If I understand correctly, that feature was put into place because your clients wanted to be able to open an email from Junxure as an email. WHY? Why are they not being directed to use the reply button?
