When you enter new client households, the format is last name, - (first name of first client entered) & (first name of the second client entered). We discovered that if you later change the order of the clients listed, it will not update in the household summary card. For example, when entering information for clients Jane and Joe Smith, if you enter Joe first then Jane, the household summary record created is Smith - Joe & Jane. If you then change to have Jane be the first client record, the summary card does not reflect that change. It will still read Smith - Joe & Jane instead of the corrected Smith - Jane & Joe. This is helpful in keeping records straight as well as any correspondence sent out so that they are consistent. Is there a way to fix this so that when changes are made to the client summary cards that the household card is also updated?   Thank you!
