We have a lot of clients who have a nickname that they prefer to go by instead of their legal name. We add the client's nickname to the profile in the record, but the nickname is not a part of the Record Name. If it was possible to find a record using the Record Search with the client's nickname, that would be really helpful for us to find a client's record by either their legal name or nickname.
