We recently moved from Desktop to Cloud. One of the features we love in Cloud is that Records may now be broken into two cards more easily to clearly show both clients in the household. Since we didn't have that ability in Desktop, this resulted in a clean up project for us to split client couple's pictures for each individual card in the record summary page. However, in doing this, we found a limitation in the system. We were finding some records would not save when trying to split/crop the picture. It was discovered, in working with support, that if a file size is too large (over 800 kb?), it will not save. This is inconvenient and frustrating. 

In the meantime, we have to find a work around to compress/resize the picture. It will then allow us to save it but the quality of the pictures are grainy and greatly diminished. Since we utilize the pictures for multiple purposes (compliance-client identification, events, etc.), this is not a satisfactory solution and it takes more time to do this.

Would you please fix this so that larger files may be used? Thank you!
