As we use CRM for employee HR records and I am fearful we may forget to change the OWNER or EDITOR group to HR GROUP when creating a record for a new employee, it would be helpful if new records defaulted to a SMALLER group of OWNERs. 

Maybe the ADMIN group could be the default owner for every record created and then visibility (ownership) is increased on an AS NEEDED basis.
