reassigning actions & recurring actions

It would be amazing to have an extra option when reassigning actions & recurring actions to have them go to Advisor 1. Typically when an advisor leaves, we reassign the records to other advisors on the team, not just one person. Currently we have to manually go in to see who the new advisor is listed and manually reassign all actions & recurring actions individually rather than in bulk. Huge time suck.
