Prompt people to enter Time before closing an Action

Prompt people to enter Time before closing an Action

It would be nice if there was a way/setting to prompt users to populate the Time field when they close out of an Action. Sometimes people forget to enter their time spent. Back when we used Junxure Desktop there was such a prompt setting.
