In a recent webcast, various ways were suggested on how to use the Priority field (ie., !!!, Date Sensitive, Waiting On, etc). Love this! It would be helpful to be able to see this as a column in the Alerts. Perhaps add this column to Alerts as a drop down list, allowing the user to change it prior to acknolwedging. This would allow us to avoid having to fully open the action to adjust the priority level. A quicker way to stay organized.
