We have several clients with the same last name and different prefixes that they go by when calling into our office. It would be helpful to have the prefix fields for Person 1 and Person 2 available to add to grids for our team members that answer the phone to be quickly able to search when Dr. Smith calls in vs. Ms. Smith and narrow down who their assigned team member is with the firm.
