Predefined Fields Inside of an Action
For example, within an Action, I would like to have a drop-down list that references specific accounts associated or tied to a record. This would prevent the need to copy and paste account numbers or other information that is repeatedly dropped into a blank action template in the text box. I could also create drop down lists referencing specific accounts if the Action is designed to instruct someone to move money from one specific account to another within a client's household (move money from taxable account to IRA for example).
Additionally, I would like the ability to select a binary decision in the form of a radio button/check box. For example, within the action, there might be a question or statement that has a binary outcome of "Yes" or "No". That Yes/No response to a question or statement would then be captured in a Workflow sequence that moves to the next person, triggering another action whereby the Yes/No response drives the work being done in the subsequent action. This would prevent the need to create two separate workflow streams based on a "Yes/No" response to a task embedded in an action.
Is any of this functionality currently available? If so, how do I modify the Action to embed this type of framework?
