We like using the negative dating in workflows so that various actions needed to prep for a meeting at auto-scheduled based on the meeting date. However, the limitation is this does not work for positive dating actions that will occur after a meeting. This could be helpful to track completion of a plan delivery within six months of fee payment or sending a deliverable to client after their meeting.
