AE uses a free google font set called Mulish-  it is san serif.  It is file type woff2.  Google has several other free font families that are compatible, ie the same format, and are used for cloud and web based programs.  Serif fonts get rid of any confusion over whether this I  or  l    is a capital i, or a small cap L or in some cases the number one.  I cannot stress enough the compliance issues caused by misinterpretation.  Just add it to the drop down list of fonts.  There is no conflict-  not in file type, format, nor duplicates.  Merriweather comes in proportional and fixed font spacing so it is also compatible with your [style] coding.   And, it is also free and gtg with googleAPIs that AE already uses.   Thanks!
