Please add Phone Type, Email Type, Address Type to column chooser

Please add Phone Type, Email Type, Address Type to column chooser

I need to be able to print an excel report that shows what phone, email, and address "types" we are currently using AND what "type" fields are empty.  I know a clean database is important, and currently figuring out what "types" are in use is a very cumbersome task.  PLEASE add these fields to the column chooser.
