Phone Integration with RingCentral
We would really like to see phone integration with RingCentral. They have an app that comes up on our desktop when a phone call comes in, which includes caller ID for who is calling. The app will open up a new internet browser window and will point to a URL and TRY to pass along the phone number. (So, I have it setup that when my phone on my (physical) desk rings, the app pops up on my computer desktop telling me who is calling and opens up a new browser window with Junxure on it. However, that's where it stops. I would really like for it to bring the caller ID # (which RingCentral is TRYING to pass to the website) in and have it bring up the client's record. (It needs to be able to open it up in a new window (or at least a new tab) so that if someone is already working in Junxure, it doesn't lose whatever they're currently working on whenever the phone rings.)
I would also like for staff to be able to click on the client's phone number in Junxure and have it dial out on their desk (physical) phone.
