We are currently not utilizing the Outlook contact sync because it only connects Person 1 and ignores Person 2. It would be better if the Outlook sync worked based on People not Records - that is, if it pulled every Person 1 and Person 2 as individual contacts into Outlook. Otherwise, we're missing half of our clients in the Outlook contacts folder, so it's not much use.
