In efforts to keep our workflow/action history clean and consolidated, I occasionally "manage" emails to attached them to the appropriate workflow note. In the older/desk top version there was a second prompt that asked if the action should be removed from history/the client. Now in the newer/cloud version there is not prompt for this and so the note/workflow remains - empty. Yes I can go in and delete it but now that takes more time and is a complete separate process. Can we get the prompt added back, please, or some other easier way of keeping history "clean".
