It would be cool to have a check box when making a reminder to put it into Actions.  It could assist with note-taking, where you just want to jot down something quick and have a record of it in Actions.  You could design it so the first x number of characters would go into the Subject and the rest goes into the description area or a fixed Subject like "Reminder Added".
