The existing dashboard tiles are not entirely helpful (at least as I can see). The dashboard should be primarily focused on information for day to day duties, not something that you check on periodically. I do not need to know that 37% of my opportunities come from direct mail on a daily basis. However, I would want to know if I have any opportunities that are still open and have gone past their projected close date. Also, the opportunities should be grouped by type. Just seeing the number of open opportunities doesn't do anything for me. But if I can see, here are the 10 financial plan opportunities that we're working on and their statuses, here are all of the projected 401k rollovers we've identified, as well as other AUM opportunities we're working on, that to me is useful it lets me know what's coming through the pipeline and what I may need to follow up on.
