Office Integration and Outlook Add In
We recently activated the Office 365 integration. We live in Outlook to manage email since much of our email is not client related. We miss the ability to see that an email has synched with Junxure Cloud by indicating the Junxure Action ID within the inbox dashboard. This feature went away when we disabled the Junxure Add-In. Can the ability to instantly see that an email was captured be restored while still integrating with Office 365? It currently feels like we are managing emails twice, once in Outlook and then again in Email Management to ensure the email was captured.
