Requesting a feature to make Meeting Notes, Phone Call Notes, or Client Notes more intuitive to enter.  Having to navigate to "Tools" and then to "Workflow" isn't as intuitive because the entry of client notes isn't something one necessarily considers to be a "Workflow".
