New Windows for Alerts

The latest enhancement opening a new window each time you click on an alert has created some issues. We have so many instances of Junxure running at one time now, its a little overkill. I think this is a well-intentioned enhancement, but it really should either be a setting you can turn on or turn off, or it should go back to the previous setup. Too many Chrome windows!
