New Record Layout, now its time to update the UDF page

Love the new layout, excellent Job!
I think the weak link is the UDF page which could use a little love.
- Remove underscores and replace them with spaces
- Add a break-line field so we can create sections. A headline field would be great also to designate a section such as "Bank Information" or "Health Information"
- More space for field inputs - show more characters.
- Allow UDFs to be added to Contact Cards on Record Summary - we currently have Contact1 and Contact2 UDFs
