New mail merge field for first name of Advisor 1 and Advisor 2

I frequently create email templates for my staff and they frequently include the name of the client's advisor, however, it is too formal to use first and last name of the advisor every time for an existing client. It makes it feel non-personal, so instead of creating one template with "Advisor 1 First Name", I end up creating a template for every advisor.
