Move/Reassign recurring actions with their associated history

Our admin is leaving and we re divvying up her recurring actions. I've just discovered that this can't be done.

I also discovered this was requested 1 year ago by Becky Stroud. Has any progress been made to make this request a reality?

I would like to be able to select the recurring action in our admin's account and either 'move' or 'reassign' recurring action along with associated history.
