Please add the Last Meeting and Next Scheduled field to the Records search grid. I send a scheduling email blasts to all of our 400 clients for each season. I select the appropriate clients and send a mass email, but I'm unable to see the information I need to appropriately select the clients. I have to go to the meeting monitor to find the information i need, export a list and then manually compare it to the records to appropriately select the clients. It would save me a ton of time if those fields were simply available in the appropriate place.
