I recommend a couple of things:

1) Mass Opportunity Change Tool. Being able to select multiple Opportunities to close them or delete them would be very helpful.

2) When looking at an Opportunity, having a "Return to Grid" button would make changing multiple opportunities much easier. Right now after clicking on a record, we lose all of the filters we had applied to the Opportunities to find the ones that need to be changed.
