I am using a template where I have  "Dear" and would love to personalize it for each contact.  I understand that I can only do this at the "record" level, so if Bob and Jane have 2 separate emails, there email will say "Dear Bob and Jane" instead of "Dear Bob" for Bob's email and "Dear Jane" for Jane's email.

Additionally, I use the preview to see how it is formatting and it is very difficult to see whose record I need to fix.  I would love to have a preview of ALL that I am sending to so I know where to fix the information.  Also, I'd like to see how many emails I am sending even if I deselect some after "reviewing recipients".  Just peace of mind to know that the number went down.
