Manually archiving emails
I'm wondering if something has changed when manually archiving emails. I have noticed twice in the past week that I have used the binoculars to look up a record and attached an email to said record, but it ends up becoming part of a past email thread (likely because the client had replied to an old email). I understand the system is trying to keep related emails under the same action, but I think in the past this was a choice. This seems to be happening automatically, and it is burying new emails down on the list that normally would be seen as coworkers review recent activity (we regularly look at activity sorted chronologically to see what has happened during the day).
