I would like to be able to create a custom view/form/grid for less knowledgeable users to be able to add a new record and see instantly what fields they need to fill in (for our needs not yours!).

if this is not possible, an alternative might be to allow us to change the appearance of fields that are required by our firm......

our professionals would like to input their own prospects but are intimidated by all the fields and not understanding what making a choice in any given field means.   for those of us downstream, we'd like people to get the data in themselves but have it be complete and meaningful.
