Managing emails - not able to manage an email once it's assigned and move out of the inbox

Hi,

We’re new users to Jx Cloud.  (Migrated over from Jx desktop).  We recently learned that an email imported from Outlook into Jx Cloud cannot be deleted from an action after it's moved out of the inbox.  Basically, the email is locked into that action and cannot be moved or deleted.  This is an unfortunate feature of Jx Cloud.  In Jx Desktop we could delete or move an email if it got imported into the wrong action.  We would like Jx to add this capability to Cloud so that we can keep our database as organized as possible.
