I have had a few people at my firm ask about this, but it would be great if we could click on an email and it would open up a mailto link and create a new message in outlook with that email. My firm did not go with the email integration with Cloud, so when you click on the email it just throws an error.

It looks like this idea has been asked in the community a few times, but most of the requests are from a few years ago.

Currently right now you have to copy and paste emails by hitting edit which can cause potential problems if an email is accidentally changed. It also just slows down the process by having to use more clicks to accomplish something that could be done in one.

I hope that this can get implemented to help give your client base more options when working with emails, so we don't HAVE to use the integrated email system.
