The Activity Feed on a Record is not specific enough and it would be helpful if the activity notes were live links that connected you to where the change happened on the record (to the Action or to the data point that was updated). Just getting a notice that a "Workflow Updated" isn't really helpful, especially if we're running multiple simultaneous workflows for a client.
