Improve functionality of 'Sort' function in the Records workspace
I LOVE the feature of being able to sort various fields within the records workspace (such as client segment). However, I was just doing a demo for my team - we are newer users w-in cloud - and discovered it's not as user friendly as one might hope. I kept dragging the service level field into the grey bar and it wouldn't take, wouldn't take, wouldn't take - and then after umpteen tries it finally took. There appears to be some magic location/unknown target where you need to pull the field name (which turns into a purple bubble) EXACTLY in order for it to take. My request would be to either better define that location (which, after more experimentation might be the word "here") OR to make the full grey bar all that one has to aim for to complete the desired sort.
Appreciate you taking a look to see if the usability of this feature could be improved.
