It would be helpful if there were a section above the record cards in the summary tab where we could list important record notes.  Very similar to the "reminders" but with bolder font and bright colors so it stands out and brings your attention to it.  Or maybe enhance the "reminders" area to a bolder font and bright colors so this could be used for the important notes.  I find it useful to see important items when I first enter into a client record - I refer to this area very frequently.  I do know of the separate notes section but unless you navigate to that area all the time you will miss out on the important stuff.  We are using the "reminders" section currently for these notes but it does not stand out to really bring your attention to it.
