Import Email by Record Search

When in Outlook and needing to import an email by client search, it would be great if we can search by record name rather than search only by Person 1 or Person 2. An example we often face is when an email is related to a business or 401k record. If the employee doesn't know who Person 1 or 2 is on those business or 401k records, then they are not able to import the email to the record.
