In setting up Groups the list shows everyone whoever has had a profile.  Even if they are marked Ex-Employee they still show on the list.  It would be great to only show the "ACTIVE" employees.  I know you can filter the grid however our list is so long that it is easy to check the wrong person as you are creating your group list.
