While in records we were attempting to use the filter feature (just like excel) to find records that have a specific record tag. We were unable to accomplish this since the system will only pull records or actions that ONLY have that record tag. This is affecting searching in Record tags & Classifications, 2 of our heavily used fields.  There should be a way to quickly filter to one choice without excluding the records that have multiple tags or classifications.
